We're back!

We have been quiet here on the website for a while, but KetongBaca has been continuing strong and steady! We are so thankful for our supporters, on-site local managers, local church and leader connections, and many volunteers. They all help KetongBaca continue to make such an encouraging impact in these Eastern Indonesian communities.

We are continuing operation in our two main locations -- Hueknutu and Babao -- with various other events and sponsorships scattered from time to time. It is so wonderful to see the children continue to show up, read, learn, and grow every day. Both locations see an average daily throughput of about 25 readers, with many more on weekends and event days..

And, we are continuing to look for further opportunities to be creative and improve our impact and service, so we are still active and pushing forward!

Here are a few snapshots to give a quick look into more recent 2025-2026 KetongBaca things!
